All our products (chocolate, ice cream, cookies, etc.) are 100% made in our own workshop We are Caroline and Nicolas, and our story is primarily one of passion… a passion for chocolate and for Mexico. One is a chocolate maker and artisanal ice cream maker, the other has been immersed in the world of chocolate for several years. A visit to a cacao plantation during a trip to Mexico inspired us to create our own chocolate. We want to bring the taste of chocolate back to its roots. Specifically, you'll taste the pure cacao beans in the delicious chocolate from Mi Joya chocolate maker.
